WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Step 1 - Fill Out The Form To Set Up A Free Consultation.
Step 2 - Select A Package and sign the project agreement.
STEP 3- A $500 non-refundable Booking fee Is Required To Secure the install date.
Step 4 - your vision Board is designed and sent for your approval.
step 5 - once the vision board is approved, a supply fee of 50% of the remaining balance is due to secure decorations (non-refundable). In order to meet the install date, this step needs to be completed no later than one month before installation to ensure decorations come in on time.
step 6 - the remaining balance is paid in full seven days before installation.
(If You Cancel, Your Booking fee And Supply fee Will Be Forfeited).
WHAT DOES THE CUSTOM PACKAGE INCLUDE?
the CUSTOM PACKAGE INCLUDES CUSTOM STYLING, INSTALLATION AND DECORATION.
DOES NOT INCLUDE TREE, BUT TREE CAN BE PURCHASED.
DO PACKAGES INCLUDE TREE SET UP?
NO, YOU WOULD HAVE TO SET UP THE TREE BEFORE the DECOR INSTALLATION DATE. FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, OUR TEAM CAN SET UP THE TREE FOR YOU. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TREE, PLEASE INQUIRE AND WE CAN SOURCE ONE FOR YOU for a fee.
CAN YOU USE MY DECOR, OR CAN I PURCHASE THE DECORATION MYSELF?
YES, FOR ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS. FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, DEPENDING ON YOUR EXISTING DECOR, WE CAN CUSTOMIZE YOUR NEEDS. EXISTING DECOR WOULD NEED TO BE REVIEWED TO ENSURE YOUR VISION COMES TO LIFE.
DO YOU ONLY DECORATE TREES?
NO, we ALSO DECORATE WREATHS, DOORWAYS, MANTELS, STAIRCASES, TABLE CENTERPIECES, AND TV CONSOLES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL FOR ANY VISIONsYOU HAVE!
HOW LONG DOES INSTALLATION TAKE?
Installation time varies, taking anywhere from 2 to 8 hours or longer, depending on the complexity of the setup and may also extend beyond a single day.
DO YOU TAKE DOWN DECORATIONs?
YES, WE DO HAVE A PACKAGE FOR TAKEDOWN. INSTALLATION TAKE DOWN WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR MID-JANUARY.
