What is the process for booking?
Step 1 - Fill Out the Form To Set Up A Free Consultation.
Step 2 - A $150 Booking Deposit Is Required To Secure Date For Installation.
Step 3. - Once Booking Deposit Is Received, You'll Receive A Visual Board Of Your Custom Styling For Your Tree. *Visual Board For Custom Design Pricing Only
Step 4 - Once Design Is Reviewed And Approved. A Non-Refundable 50% Initial Supply Deposit Is Required Within 3 Days To Secure Decoration.
Step 5 - The remaining 50% Deposit Is Due 2 Weeks Before Installation.
What does the custom package include?
Custom Package Includes Custom Styling, Installation And Decoration.
Does Not Include Tree, But Tree Can Be Purchased.
Do packages include tree set up?
No, You Would Have To Set Up the Tree Before Decor Installation Date. For An Additional Fee, Our Team Can Set Up The Tree For You. If You Don't Have A Tree, Please Inquire And We Can Source One For You.
CAN YOU USE MY DECOR, OR CAN I PURCHASE THE DECORATION MYSELF?
Yes, For Established Customers. For New Customers, Depending On Your Existing Decor, We Can Customize Your Needs. Existing Decor Would Need To Be Reviewed To Ensure Your Vision Comes To Life.
Do you only decorate trees?
No, I Also Decorate Wreaths, Doorways, Mantels, Staircases, Table Centerpieces, and TV Consoles. Please Feel Free To Email For Any Vision You Have!
How long does installation take?
Installation Depends On The Takes Anywhere From 2-4 Hours Or Longer Depending On What Is Being Decorated.
Do you take down decoration?
Yes, We Do Have A Package For Takedown. Installation Take Down Will Be Scheduled For Mid-January.
